Moving Forward. Giving Back.

FrontStreet and its employees believe whole-heartedly in giving back. We are committed to providing both best-in-class service and being socially responsible; knowing that without a strong company there is not a strong community and without a strong community there is not a strong company. Working side-by-side with those organizations most in need, our employees give generously to non-profit organizations including Island Harvest and Toys for Tots. Inspired by the ability to help public school teachers nationwide, we also support DonorsChoose.org by providing gift cards to employees and clients. These gift cards empower the recipient to fund classroom projects, supporting educational opportunities for those students most in need.

The corporate roots of FrontStreet are embedded deep in entrepreneurship. The founders of FrontStreet, what was once Empire Facilities Management Group, were young, energetic entrepreneurs themselves. To honor their spirit and to provide funding and mentorship opportunities to budding young entrepreneurs, the Long Island Young Entrepreneur Challenge (LI YEC) was launched. The goals of LI YEC are to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and foster economic development in Long Island, New York. Individuals age 17-22 were invited to compete for funding, mentorship, and access to a suite of business services. To read more about the 2012 winners, click here.
